Very much like visiting another world, this north shore snorkeling & sightseeing cruise provides an opportunity to view the varied species of birds that live in Kilauea’s wildlife preserve — from red-footed boobies to frigates. You may even see humpback whales off the point during the winter months.

In addition, we’ll stop along the way so you can snorkel and view the majestic underwater marine life along Kauai’s north shore. We supply all the necessary snorkeling gear, as needed, but if you have you own snorkeling gear we recommend you bring it along.

Whether your desire is to stay dry and view the sites from the Lahela’s cozy enclosed cabin or you prefer to feel the cool mist out on deck, you’ll be enthused by Kauai’s beautiful surroundings. Very few places on earth have the power to charm and enchant us into a state where our worries and self interest are forgotten — Kauai’s north shore is such a place.

Our staff not only takes pride in their work, but also pays close attention to all aspects of your safety and comfort. We assure you a most memorable day experiencing the beautiful gifts Kauai has to offer.

For your convenience, the Lahela has an outdoor fresh/salt water shower, as well as an environmentally friendly washroom. We suggest that you bring along a light jacket, camera, sun visor, lots of sun screen, and most of all, dress comfortably.

8-Hour Private Charter: Call for current rates. (1-6 passengers) plus 4.17% Hawaii state tax and 2% Harbor tax

We are certified to carry up to 14 passengers. However, for the best experience, we recommend 1-6 passengers. If your party is larger than 6 people, e-mail us and we’ll provide you with a quote on the cost.
